Terms of Service
1. What this is
Play to Rank ("RushIt") sells paid placement on two leaderboards, PC Games and Mobile Games. A listing's rank reflects how much its developer has paid, nothing else. RushIt does not review, test, verify, or endorse the quality, safety, or content of any listed game beyond the automated checks described below.
2. Who can claim a listing
By submitting a listing you confirm that you own the linked game or app, or are otherwise authorized to promote it on its developer's or publisher's behalf. Claiming a listing for a game you don't own or aren't authorized to promote is a violation of these Terms and grounds for removal without refund.
3. Automated verification
Every submitted link is checked automatically before payment: it must come from an allowed storefront (Steam, itch.io, the App Store, or Google Play), resolve to a real listing page, and pass a basic content-safety filter on its title and your submitted text. Each storefront link may only be claimed once. Passing these checks does not mean RushIt has verified the game's quality, legality, or accuracy, only that the listing appears genuine and the submission met these baseline rules.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through PayPal. Amounts are chosen by the developer at checkout and are non-refundable except where a listing is removed for violating these Terms, at RushIt's discretion, or where required by law. For refund requests, use the contact on your PayPal receipt or email us (below).
5. Reporting and removal
Any visitor can report a live listing, no account required. Listings that draw a pattern of reports may be hidden pending review while RushIt looks into them. RushIt may also remove or hide any listing at its discretion, including for impersonation, malware, illegal content, or violations of a storefront's own terms.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is." RushIt disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and is not liable for any losses arising from a listing's content, a game's behavior, or the accuracy of any information shown on the site.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use RushIt after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
